When she’s not quoting “Moonstruck” and laughing with her family as they plan their next adventure, Sabrina is the President and a founder of DiLeo & Charles. With a degree in accounting, she has been in the Management and Bookkeeping profession since 1995. In 2005, she became the sole owner of a contracted bookkeeper services business, joining the Quickbooks Proadvisor program in 2007. Sabrina’s consistency and reliability in meeting her clients’ needs arise from her loyal dedication to them as individuals; their loyalty to her in return has led to numerous referrals and a present client roster of great depth and width. And one more thing: when you meet her, ask her why she never leaves home without her watch…
WHAT’S THE MOST RIDICULOUS FACT YOU KNOW?
“It’s more general facts about royal etiquette in England from the Victorian era. I think this means I’ve read too much historical fiction or have watched too much Masterpiece Theatre.”
WHAT MOVIE WOULD BE GREATLY IMPROVED IF IT WAS MADE INTO A MUSICAL?
“This may not be a popular answer but I despise all musicals. I will admit Lalaland wasn’t horrible.”
WHAT IS THE ONE ACCESSORY TO YOUR WARDROBE THAT YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?
“My watch. I’ve been addicted to checking the time since I was a small child. On the rare occasion that I forget to put one on, I feel lost.”
DO YOU HAVE A MOVIE THAT YOU CAN QUOTE FROM START TO FINISH?
“Hands down, Moonstruck. Princess Bride is a close second.”
WHY DID YOU WATCH IT SO MUCH?
“Cher, New York in the 80’s, a Puccini opera at the MET, what more is there to say? “
FELICIA DiLEO, EA

FAVORITE SCHOOL SUBJECT(S)?
“It’s a toss-up between Math and Ceramics. I enjoy problem solving, so I especially love logic proofs and equations-each one like a puzzle, or a mystery to be investigated and solved. I liked Ceramics for the exact opposite reason: it was an outlet where I could forget the rules and get creative (though I probably would never display any of my ‘masterpieces’).”
WHERE ARE YOU THE HAPPIEST?
“I am the happiest when I am spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews. Only way to make that time even happier is if we’re doing some baking together… And then, of course, there’s always Disney World.”
WHAT PRODUCT COULD THE WORLD DO WITHOUT?
“ ‘I love candy corn’… said no one ever! I’ll never understand the appeal of something that looks like a traffic cone and tastes like sweet ear wax. Disrespectful to real corn!”
MIKE HAYDIN, EA, CTP
Mike joined DiLeo & Charles in June 2018. As an Enrolled Agent, Mike has unlimited practice rights before the IRS. He uses his extensive knowledge of tax and financial statements to help small-business owners set and achieve their goals, financial and otherwise. Willing to admit he is a frustrated race-car driver, Mike enjoys watching Formula 1 and making sure his little girl understands technical navigation of a regulation race course.
WHAT’S YOUR SUPERPOWER?
“The ability to freeze time. I could get so much done AND sleep. It would be incredible!”
YOU CAN INHABIT A FILM CHARACTER FOR 24 HOURS. WHO IS IT, AND WHY?
“Probably HAL 9000 for obvious reasons.”
THREE MUST-HAVE ITEMS IF YOU’RE STRANDED ON A DESERT ISLAND?
“Ideally a boat, navigational aids, and some provisions, but failing that: (1) a solar powered record player, (2) some records (specifically: OK Computer by Radiohead, Random Access Memories by Daft Punk, Currents by Tame Impala, Babel by Mumford and Sons, and The Lonesome Crowded West by Modest Mouse), and (3) sunscreen.”
Jessica has been an invaluable member of DiLeo & Charles since 2014. A natural problem solver, she sifts through financials efficiently and accurately. WHAT IS SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL YOU SEE EVERY DAY?
“They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder; they also say your day is only as good as your first cup of coffee. Therefore, every morning I see my beautiful espresso machine making the beautiful crema that then sits atop my doppio espresso.”
BEST WAY TO SPEND A RAINY AFTERNOON?
“The best way to spend a rainy afternoon is curled up on the sofa with a fuzzy blanket watching Chef’s Table or some other cooking show. If there’s a nap involved in there somewhere, better still.”
WHAT COLOR OF THE RAINBOW ARE YOU?
“Any shade of blue. It reminds me of the ocean and the sky on a bright sunny day – two of my favorite things.”
